Return/Refund Policy for Sissy’s Floral and Gifts

At Sissy's Floral, Apparel, Gifts & More we want you to love what you purchased! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase for a store credit.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, accessories, and intimate wear are not eligible for returns. Please make sure to check the product details before purchasing.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued via store credit.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sissys.floral.gifts@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Pack & Ship: Once your return is approved, carefully pack the item(s) and send them back to the address provided by our team. Make sure to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.
  3. Refund Confirmation: After your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you'd prefer an exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will offer you a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
